Key Accounts Manager, Telecom - Mumbai, India

World's leading provider of microprocessor cards and major supplier of Point of Sale Terminals with presence in more than 100 countries.


The job :

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing key customer accounts
  • To ensure day to day GSM customers Pre/Post Sales requirement are met.
  • Liase with internal support organizations in addressing customer specific concerns and needs.
  • Analyse customer plans and business needs and formulate strategies to secure and expand an existing account.
  • Responsible to ensure smooth MC operation
  • Solution selling by using partnerships & alliances
Requirements :
  • Graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunication (preferred).
  • <2 Years of Sales experience with proven track record .
  • Experience in Sales to Telecom Operators will be added advantage.
  • Experience in Smart/ SIM Card Industry would be an added advantage
  • Must be independent, aggressive, hardworking, highly motivated requiring minimum supervision.
  • Excellent English & Hindi oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess positive attitude ,initiative, enthusiasm and ability to work under pressure
