DGM/General Manager – Human Resources
One of the World’s Largest Multi National Agri Business Corporation, well known for its innovative management practices, is looking for a Corporate Human Resources Professional titled as a Deputy General Manager or a General Manager leading to a # 1 Chief of HR Position at the next level

Bombay
Core Purpose of the Job
- Liaise with Global HR to understand, internalize & implement the management vision of desired organizational strategy & performance.
- Enable HR Strategy Creation & execution in consonance with Global & India Corporate HR, including building HR best practices in functional areas particularly in coaching, mentoring, performance management and talent retention
- Enable measurement of Human capital to facilitate optimization of people processes
- Develop & deliver organizational talent management process
- Competency based initiatives including Competency Based Human Resources Management Practices, Assessment & Development Centers
- Enable performance management through a combination of competencies & performance measures
- Design and manage the employee communication process
- Establish global benchmarks in HR Practices
- Collaborate with IT to automate human resources – 360 degree Feedback mechanism
- Conduct periodic internal & external surveys to support creation of a performing climate – Recruitment, Rewards, Retention, Relations
- Participate in the implementation of a Large Scale Transformation Project currently due for implementation in partnership with a Global Management Consulting Firm.
Candidate Profile
Candidates with an inclination to learn & contribute in a world class environment with relevant HR experience of about 8 years plus would be appropriate. Those with lesser years of experience may also apply for postings in Bombay & other locations in India.
