Professionals with over 15/18 years of relevant functional experience from comparable multi divisional/company background and the experience of managing a large work force. Should have managed a seasoned HR establishment, HRD interventions, change management programs, managing performance, and institutionalizing reward goals and systems. Experience profile should include demonstrated capabilities as a functional specialist in HRD, Employee Relations and specifically align the country goals with that of the multi national vision, values and aspirations. |
