A leading Multi National Bank, a multi divisional in the nature of business strategy, is in search of a Head of Management Development and Training to be located in Bombay.

The Role

Also facilitate the HR Head/Global HR, regional training coordination in managing and building a culture and change management programs, competency based HR systems, particularly in training. The role competencies require an academically inclined HR person with a deep understanding of behavioral concepts, its application to businesses, with a desire to understand and align with Banking Business and work closely with divisional heads to help develop the institution.

The Candidate Profile

Education/Experience 

Professionals with 6 and above years of relevant functional and should have the aspiration to build an aggressive training establishment, a training center, enlist professional trainers and coordinate with the banking professionals to design and manage technical, functional and behavioral programs.
