The Role |
- To set credit parameters for acquisition of Cards - all channels; vetting of all parameters for marketing and business development initiatives.
|
- Devise and implement effective risk and operational mechanisms to minimize credit and fraud losses & enhance earning potential from targeted customer segments.
|
- Devise, control and monitor Verification processes for card applications, with a balance between risk control and cost and processing efficiencies.
|
- To monitor and control card processes with a view to reduce and at the same time ensure profitability: CPV process, Sales process, Operations.

|
What type and length of training and experience do you consider is required for someone to perform the duties assigned to your position? |
- Large volume Retail Risk Management/ portfolio management experience and Cards background preferred
|
- 2 -4 years experience in large volume retail credit approvals in an unsecured environment.
|
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement and control processes essential
|
- Familiarity with modern quantitative, statistical tools and conceptual framework.
|
- Must be conversant with the prevailing macro credit environment and demonstrate acumen to factor in prevailing trends to devise an effective risk and operational mechanism to reduce credit and fraud losses
|
- Superior communication & interpersonal skills
|
- Demonstrated results focus
|
- Must be familiar with fox pro / SQL / Microsoft Access
|
