Function : Retail Risk The Role Monitoring delinquencies for the country in retail products such as Pl and Housing and ensuring that they are within benchmarks Proactively administering risks by early recognition of focus exposures  Monitoring portfolio trends and compiling feedback to credit and business relating to delinquent profiles Monitoring of MIS Identification and Agency Management Coordinate with operating legal counsel for initiation of civil and criminal cases Preparation of agency incentive plans Effective team leadership Enabling product launches in various cities The Candidate Profile Reporting to: Head- Retail Credit and Risk Location: Mumbai Qualification: Post graduate in Management/CA/ICWA Experience: At least 4 to 9 yrs in retail collections Age: 27-35
