The Role |
- Reporting to country personal lines manager and responsible for:
|
- Designing and pricing of auto &/or home products
|
- Developing new policies and riders to maintain product differentiation relative to competitors
|
- Establishing underwriting guidelines, policy issuance, premium collection etc.
|
- Developing local and regional marketing programs in conjunction with country manager and regional manager
|
- Training of auto team representatives, account managers and CSRs
|
|
|

The Candidate Profile |
|
|
|
Education/Experience |
|
MBA/ Graduate with 10 years plus experience in the insurance industry in managing either motor or home portfolio. Insurance qualification (AFII &/or ACII equivalent). Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Power point). |
|
|
|
Personality traits |
| Self-motivated, mature in dealing with people, ability to lead a creative team of product developers and interact with other teams in implementing an integrated product strategy. |
