Functional competencies for the role include sales, service, credit, risk, working capital requirements to small and mid sized companies, dealers, vendors, product appreciation, collections, sales banking experience, handling advances with familiarity of appraising borrowers, estimating working capital requirement, monitoring, managing cc/od limits, issuance of LC/BG, packing, pre-shipment and post, shipment credit, bills/LC discounting et el. Candidates with experience in corporate banking for mid sized and large corporate clients in addition to strong client management skills, communication and closure competencies would be an advantage. |
