The Role

Professionals with an experience profile of about 6 to 8 years with a Masters in Management specializing in Marketing/Finance from the Financial Services Industry or Consumer Marketing Organizations. IRDA examination qualification may turn into an advantage.

Key Competencies

Functional competencies for the role include sales, service, credit, risk, product appreciation, collections, relationship banking for mid sized and large corporate clients in addition to strong client management skills, communication and closure competencies, conversion capability, assessing client-customizing pattern, customizing products as appropriate.
