The Role (Reporting to the BDM the person will be responsible for) |
|
- Interacting with customers at the channel partner's premises to secure sales of Company's Personal Lines insurance products
|
- Completing on line sales application, obtaining a quote, and issuing policies to the customers
|
- Manage renewal of policies
|
- Maintain and file records and correspondences related to Company's business
|
- Building relationship with channel partner staff and increase share of Company's business from the channel partner
|
- Resolve day to day operational issues related to customer's queries, product sales, claims support etc.
|

Education/Experience |
|
Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Power point). Fluency in English and local language (Hindi or regional language) essential. Work experience and knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage |
