Sales and Service Executives - Insurance


The Role (Reporting to the BDM the person will be responsible for)

  • Interacting with customers at the channel partner's premises to secure sales of Company's Personal Lines insurance products
  • Completing on line sales application, obtaining a quote, and issuing policies to the customers
  • Manage renewal of policies
  • Maintain and file records and correspondences related to Company's business
  • Building relationship with channel partner staff and increase share of Company's business from the channel partner
  • Resolve day to day operational issues related to customer's queries, product sales, claims support etc.


The Candidate Profile


Education/Experience 

Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Power point). Fluency in English and local language (Hindi or regional language) essential. Work experience and knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage


Personality trait

Friendly, outgoing, energetic, customer service focused


Annual Compensation 

Compared to the Best in the Industry 

Age
22-25 years

Qualification
Graduate
