Sales and Service Executives Bank


The Corporation

Leading Private Sector Bank with advanced and State of Art IT environment through which they support their vast retail and corporate client base.


The Role (Reporting to the Business Development Manager the person will be responsible for)

  • Interacting with customers at the channel partner's premises to secure sales of Company's Credit Cards and Mortgage Products
  • Completing on line sales application, obtaining a quote, and issuing product details to the customers
  • Manage sales targets, customer management and planning for effective collections
  • Maintain and file records and correspondences related to Company's business
  • Building relationship with channel partner staff and increase share of Company's business from the channel partner
  • Resolve day to day operational issues related to customer's queries, product sales, claims support etc.


The Candidate Profile


Education/Experience 

Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Power point). Fluency in English and local language (Hindi or regional language) essential. 

Work experience and knowledge of Retail Banking will be an added advantage


Personality trait

Friendly, outgoing, energetic, customer service focused


Age

22-25 years

Qualification
Graduate
