A leading Private Sector Bank, a multi divisional in the nature of business strategy, is in search of a
Database Marketing Manager to be located in Bombay. |
|
|
|
The Role |
|
1. Segment databases from a logical marketing perspective for cross-selling and up-selling products.
2. Work with Customer Intelligence and Analytics Manager to refine database.
3. Interface with external agency / vendors for campaign design and execution
4. Ensure that campaign efficacy is tracked with the help of Data Manager and prepare Campaign ROI report for each campaign
5. Maintain campaign history and results for analysis
6. Leverage all points of contact with customers for personalised communication
7. Set up hierarchies and rules for contacting different customer segments
8. Clean-up databases on an on-going basis and also up-date / enrich them through regular, cost-effective programs to arrive at customer profiles
9. Ensure that data security measures / protocols are in place to ensure that no data leaks occur during campaign execution
10. Actively leverage the customer database for cross-selling our products and for offers from other companies
on. |

In executing the above, he / she would be assisted strategically by Head - Retail
Marketing and operationally on a day-to-day basis by the Data Manager.
Initially DMMs will be assigned certain products to build category expertise. The initial focus will be on Loans, Debit Cards and Credit Cards, extending to the other products.
Critically, he/she should have extensive familiarity with acquisition through the Net.
