To efficiently manage the HR Operations and administrate HR systems Pan India |

Key accountabilities |

- Joining and exit formalities
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
- L and D facilitation at SSE/band 2/band 3 levels
|
- Administration of Performance Management system and the increment system
|
- Payroll and retiral administration
|
|
|
|
|
Competencies required |
|
Behavioral and Interpersonal skills, Assertiveness, Communication skills, Technical/Functional, Interviewing skills and Facilitation skills |
|

Qualifications |
|
PG in Human Resources from a reputed institute/PG in Psychology
|
|
|
Experience in years |
|
2/6 years of Human Resources experience |
|
|
Description of the quality of the experience |
|
Generalist HR experience |
|
|
Industry background |
|
Financial Services including Insurance/banking |
|
