Assistant/Deputy Manager - Human Resources


Job Purpose

To efficiently manage the HR Operations and administrate HR systems Pan India


Key accountabilities

  • Maintain HR databases
  • Joining and exit formalities
  • Leave administration
  • Recruitment 
  • Campus recruitment
  • Training coordination 
  • L and D facilitation at SSE/band 2/band 3 levels
  • Administration of Performance Management system and the increment system
  • Payroll and retiral administration


Competencies required

Behavioral and Interpersonal skills, Assertiveness, Communication skills, Technical/Functional, Interviewing skills and Facilitation skills


Qualifications 

PG in Human Resources from a reputed institute/PG in Psychology

Experience in years 
2/6 years of Human Resources experience 

Description of the quality of the experience
Generalist HR experience

Industry background 
Financial Services including Insurance/banking
