MBA with 3-5 years experience in Sales Training. Preferably with FMCG , Financial Services , Direct Marketing Companies [Tupperware, Amway] Knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage. |
Job: |
Reporting to Sales Manager the person will be responsible for:
1. Sales Training to the Frontline Sales agents
2. Ensuring delivery standards to customers are maintained by the Agents
3. Delivering on performance/ business targets
4. Support training requirements of sales agents managed by channel partners
5. To conceive and implement an Individual Development Plan for Sales Managers and Relationship Managers through structured training inputs
6. Design and facilitate training interventions as per identified training needs.
7. Identify, evaluate & liaise with external vendors for marketing and training requirements
8. Co-ordination with Marketing Department for new product launch |
