Business Development Manager - Insurance


The Role

Reporting to Regional Manager the person will be responsible for: 
  • Acquiring distribution channel partners for Company's Personal Lines products
  • Managing channel partner relationship
  • Ensuring delivery standards to customers are maintained by the channel partners
  • Delivering on performance/ business targets
  • Training and managing sales trainees (CSR) of the Company and supports training requirements of sales agents managed by channel partners


The Candidate Profile


Age:

28-32 years

Qualification:

MBA with 3-5 years or Graduates with 5-10 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in Financial Service or Automobile) Industry. Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) essential. Knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage. 


Personality Traits:

Friendly, energetic, outgoing, self motivated with a strong desire to work with people.
