The Role |
|
Reporting to Regional Manager the person will be responsible for: |
- Acquiring distribution channel partners for Company's Personal Lines products
|
- Managing channel partner relationship
|
- Ensuring delivery standards to customers are maintained by the channel partners
|
- Delivering on performance/ business targets
|
- Training and managing sales trainees (CSR) of the Company and supports training requirements of sales agents managed by channel partners
|
|

Age: |
|
28-32 years |
|
|
Qualification: |
|
MBA with 3-5 years or Graduates with 5-10 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing (preferably in Financial Service or Automobile) Industry. Knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) essential. Knowledge of Insurance will be an added advantage.

|
