part of the global marketing strategy, the organisation
intends to become the leader in laser and light-based
technologies for medical and aesthetic applications in
India.
In order to achieve that target they are looking to appoint
a manager in charge of our Indian operations.
The position serves as the lead role in India to establish
a presence drive the growth and achieve a profitable business
activity in this market, that they believe carries a very
large potential for our products and services.
The incumbent will be the company’s representative
in India, responsible for achieving the sales and profit
target, setting product strategies and competitive positioning,
engaging and overseeing distributors’ activities.
Should the company decide to go with direct sales than
he will be in charge for looking after theiremployees’
needs, development, engagement and well being.
The position reports into the VP of China/APAC
Duties
include:
Work with other functions in the organization to provide
local information related to market needs and trends,
product and applications needs, financial and people information
as well as be the contact point for the local introduction
of corporate programs and initiatives.
Develop potential new business opportunities that enhance
the value of the company’s products and/or services.
Develop and implement a corporate identity to position
the company appropriately in the Indian market.
Successfully managing a diversified staff § Relevant
academic background is required and MBA strongly desired.

Review and establish the distribution network in all
India for all product lines.

Identify the right sale strategy to re-build up ophthalmic
laser
reputation and business in India.

Develop the sales & marketing strategy to create
the IPL market in India

Develop the sales & marketing strategy to open the
dental laser market in India

Identify the opportunity of local financing to support
and increase the sale

Establish the solid infrastructure of India organization
to support
further business growth in next 3 years
