- MBA from a good institute (Marketing or IB)
- Good at math & statistics
- Age between 25 to 27
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Internet savvy and polished
- Ready to start a fresh career or is interested in becoming an expert in a specific channel / activity
- Is process oriented or has worked in a company that is process oriented
- Knowledgeable about ecommerce
Candidate Profile
Affiliate Marketing Executive:
- Well versed or understands B2B or Affiliate management
- Some programming knowledge – basic HTML, graphic tools like Adobe
- Business writing skills
Content / Sales Team Executive:
- Good sense of aesthetics
- Understands the 4Ps of marketing
- Diligent at work
