The job : |
- Organize
the follow up of the Companies products (offering) delivery.
- To
coordinate with Operations for delivery schedules.
- Prepare
Weekly report & Master file for monitoring actual
Order & Revenue
Movement
- Manage
revenue estimation file for forecasting purposes.
- Collect
and organize data for monthly Indicator report.
- Provide
assistance to Field Quality team to resolve quality
claim cases if needed.
- Furnish
Sales & Marketing with “delivery” related
information and any other useful information for Tender,
Contract, PO preparation.
- Resolve
all issues related to order processing.
- Provide
local logistics arrangement and other supports (include
but not limited to Inventory control, liaison with 3rd
party.
- Vendor
Management.
- Assistance
in reporting.

| Requirements
: |
- Tertiary education.
- Knowledge and experience on handling India Sales
Tax (Mandatory).
- Order processing experience is preferred.
- International trading exposure is preferred.
- Experience in Multi-national is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience for Microsoft Office, Quark
Express, Illustrator, Photoshop is preferred.
- Have common sense and good communication skill.
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, aggressive.

Duties (Detail) |
|
Responsible
for order processing, from or prior order receive to the
complete delivery to customer. He/She also coordinates
the relation and processes between the internal department
(Sales, Operation, Legal, Field Marketing & Finance)
and Customers
Acts as the interface between Sales and PL on order follow-up.
Monitor order status and resolve problems related to the
complete order cycle.
