The job : |
- Deployment
& maintenance support of system integration activities.
-
Involve in application development and Technical Support
on Smart Cards based project.
-
Involve in customization and development of related
GSM software/system, technical presentation and training
to customer.

| Requirements
: |
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science/Computer/Electronic
Engineering.
- At least 2 years solid working experience in system
integration, system validation, administration and maintenance
support.
- Proven system support experience with Windows server
platform, HP-UX, Linux & SUN Solaris platform, Oracle
9i database, MS SQL Servers, CISCO networking, security
& firewall.
- Possess strong knowledge in SMSC, GSM, WAP or CDMA
wireless network, TCP/IP & OTA protocol preferred.
- Programming experience in Java, Visual Basic, and
knowledge of smart card software programming.
- Training and/or certification in Oracle DBA, CISCO
network security and MCSE.Have common sense and good
communication skill.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills; analytical,
attentive, hardworking, highly motivated. Able to work
under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in
English and local language.

| Specific
Duties (Detail) |
-
Perform system integration, administration, validation
and upgrades, and customization/development of our
software products.
-
Provide maintenance support and troubleshooting of system
deployed with customers.
-
Project management or coordination with customer/vendor/partner
on pre-sales activity, system deployment, validation,
post-sales activity and maintenance support.
-
Shift duties on-site work or remote support during non
business hours may be required.
-
Occasional travel within the country and within Asia
is required.
