Required Manager – Telesales for a leading private sector bank.

Manage a team of 25/30 tele callers, 15 document executives & 2 team leaders to drive sales of credit cards & personal loans

Besides meeting sales targets the person will be accountable for meeting cost budgets, driving efficiency thru robust processes & maintain sales quality.

Database management

Ability to train, motivate & drive a sales team

Ability to analyse & interpret data

Post graduate with min 4 years of experience in telesales, channel sales or call center / bpo

Min 2 years of team handling experience

Previous experience in sales credit cards or personal loans will be preferred
