6 Months – International
Diploma Program in “Competency Based Human Resources
Management”
Strategic
initiatives have come to be reckoned now than ever before
and in a form that is impacting at the operational level.
People are now impacted by every strategic decision and no
longer can simple employees at the operational level claim
to be insulated from the impact of deploying strategy. But
ironically, business managers have become too preoccupied
with their competitors for existing markets, rather than seeking
to create new markets, where they can occupy the competitive
advantage simply by being the first ones to get there. The
future is largely unexplored. The management focuses mainly
has been on restructuring and reengineering. Any company that
succeeds at restructuring and reengineering, but fails to
create the markets for future will find itself in a treadmill,
trying to be ahead of the steadily declining margins and profits
of yesterday’s businesses. They find themselves confronted
with “organizational transformation” which includes
downsizing, overhead reduction, employee empowerment, and
process re design and portfolio rationalization. These accomplishments
cannot ensure the journey to a successful future. Even process
re-engineering and advantage building efforts are more about
catching up than getting out in the front and fighting in
the market place. The need to identify and build upon competencies
are needed now more so because of given loss of value in generic
and differentiable assets and organizations devising ways
to dominate in the unique asset category.

“6
Months -- International Diploma Program in “Core Psychological
and Psychometric Testing”
Kaplan
and Saccuzzo emphasize the use of Psychological Testing as
an edifice to understanding personality. Increasing attention
is being given to the individual who is tested. The test user
is encouraged to search for the causes of the individual's
performance in that person's experiential history and reactional
biography: What about the individual's background may help
to understand that person's test responses and enhance the
value of scores in predicting subsequent behavior - in school,
at work, and in other contexts of everyday-life activities?
It follows that the test user has increased responsibility
in selecting appropriate tests and methods of presenting testing
to the individual; in interpreting scores; and in communicating
and using test results. Effective test use required some basic
familiarity with test construction. Such information is needed
in order to evaluate different tests, choose tests appropriate
for particular purposes and individual examiners, and to interpret
scores properly. Today, some basic knowledge about tests is
needed – not only by those who construct or give tests
but also by anyone who uses test results as one source of
data in reaching decisions about oneself or others.
