primarily to the fraternity; a group that believes that in the new millenium, would substantially contribute with solutions to individual, organizational and global issues concerning people. |

Folks are a value adding enterprise with knowledge, skills and attitude as the primary sets of interventions. Folks synthesize and use human resources management, organization theory & behaviour, development and information technology as a conceptual backdrop to deliver results.
Intelligence can only be where there are love and compassion and HRfolks hopes to dialogue them together.

HRfolks International would adhere to the ethics and code of conduct document as outlined, under all circumstances.
A management council, a select group from the founder members manages HRfolks International, comprising of professionals from all walks of life, experience. Attitude and disposition. The management council keeping the best interests of folks in perspective makes all decisions and resolutions.
HRfolks International is an apolitical, ethical organization with the only motive towards advancing knowledge, skills and attitude. Our internal ethical standards are a result of the shared moral convictions and are not determined by commercial compulsions. Our word is the deed.
HRfolks International has no national, social, political, cultural, racial, religious affiliations or interests today or in times to come. We care for people, other factors are irrelevant.
HRfolks International is a law-abiding institution and would follow the laws of every country it operates as an entity. In equal measure HRfolks International would also not operate in countries where the dignity and respect of a human being is compromised. In some situations where deemed necessary HRfolks International would operate in countries where it sees an opportunity to contribute and make an impact for the good of human dignity and respect.
Above the minimum level required by law, it is HRfolks International policy to adhere to the highest standards of integrity, loyalty to its convictions and values, to be applied consistently throughout the world.
HRfolks International is a global value adding institution and individuals who are members must avoid personal conflicts of interest. Business judgement and interests in dealing with third parties in the name of folks should never be influenced by the personal interest of the member.

HRfolks International should deal only with organizations who have articulated high standards of integrity and ethical code of conduct for their dealings. Commercial advantages would never be a determining factor for the choice of a client irrespective of the compulsions.
HRfolks International would integrate its policies, goals and objectives with that of the nation's priorities and seek to add value.
HRfolks International would not trust itself with any body corporate, educational institution or nations thereby compromising its dignity, HRfolks International would operate in an upright, honorable manner where its services would be sought by institutions who believe in the common good, goals and objectives.
HRfolks International would always see itself as a guest of the client and conduct itself appropriately. HRfolks International would actively participate with the client and its internal processes only within the limits and boundaries defined. Folks would leave behind an organization better than when it entered, never ever otherwise. HRfolks International would always be a friend of the client immaterial whether the client is commercially connected or not.
HRfolks International would handle knowledge, information, data and feedback of the client with utmost care and restraint. The data would simply not be available to reference, use, sharing or quoting unless with the explicit consent of the client.
Irrespective of whether stated in writing or not all client information and data would permanently belong to client unless specifically agreed to otherwise. HRfolks International undertakes to implement all forms of disciplinary actions against members who violate this code of conduct.

HRfolks International is a fraternity, not a friendship community with an incestuous motivation. It is a professional organization with a human spirit, it is soft at the core given its inclination, not a compromised body of individuals with an ulterior motive. Any business activity undertaken on the basis of friendship, family ties, political pressures are not an acceptable form of business transaction and would not be allowed.
HRfolks International is a copyright and a trademark and its usage is not permitted unless otherwise with the explicit written permission of the management council. Folks name should not be used as a lever by members to advance their own commercial opportunities unless otherwise with the explicit written permission of the council.
HRfolks International is an independent body with a governing council and this council will determine all its activities. All actions of the members should be seen as reasonable and supportive of the vision and mission of the institution.
For many reasons, confidential and propriety information must be submitted to and maintained by HRfolks International in connection with its business transactions with its clients. Such sensitive information would be available only to the governing council who would have the complete and total responsibility in maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of the information. Council members will be individually and collectively responsible for maintaining the propriety of such information.
HRfolks International is a value adding professional institution and will use reciprocity to its effective advantage. Folks will mutually collaborate, participate, make contributions and support all activities world over which supports endeavors and which sees its purpose of existence towards making the world a better place to live. Any preferential treatment to such organizations will be non-conflictive and will be driven by the sole motivation of seeking knowledge.

HRfolks International is primarily
learning, educating and a value adding institution.
Its primary purpose is not profit orientation and its
considerations are not purely commercial. Every
assignment undertaken by HRfolks International would
be governed by the scope and purpose of the project
and would need clearance of the ethics/values
compliance team of the institution. Folks would be a
beneficiary of its own actions and would be determined
by its values, interests and concern for the humanity
at large.
HRfolks International comprises of members who have a
standing and reputation in the society and profession.
Every member would be compelled to act in a manner
befitting the status and background of each of its
members and thereby the institution.
For HRfolks International while individuals are
important the institution would take precedence when a
matter of choice is forced upon it. In all such
matters of conflicts the decision of the HRfolks
International council will be final and binding.
HRfolks International under no circumstance will
vacillate from its core purpose of being an oriented
value adding institution. All its actions would be
consistent with this philosophy.
HRfolks International would be driven by a set of
values dominated by integrity, concern and care for
people, courage to do what is right, faith in the
human potential, loyalty and bondage to the human
spirit, trust and mutuality in all actions.
HRfolks International emphasizes the integration of
the individual and the institution. In all its actions
HRfolks International would act in accordance with
this belief.
HRfolks International would follow a well-articulated
corporate identity program, carefully devised to
provide a consistent identity in a complex and
constantly changing economic environment. The material
and content used would be accurate, honest, and in
good taste and in no sense misleading. In the event of
a disagreement in the interpretation of the policy the
decision of the HRfolks International council would be
final.
HRfolks International fundamentally believes in
freedom and liberty for mankind and what is right
under all circumstances. This includes autonomy of
being. It does not recognize control. HRfolks
International relies on responsibility and effort as
the basic premise for successful human endeavors.
For HRfolks International while results are important,
the manner and method of achieving those results are
equally important. Goals do not justify any means. |
