WHO ARE WE?

Hrfolks are a group of people belonging to a kin who share common values, beliefs and ways of doing things. We belong primarily to the HR fraternity, a group that believes that in the new millennieum HR would substantially contribute with solutions to individual, organizational and global issues concerning people.  

Hrfolks are a value adding enterprise with knowldege, skills and attitude as the primary sets of interventions. HrmFolks synthesize and use human resources management, organization theory, behaviour, development and information technology as a conceptual backdrop to deliver results. 

Hrfolks are characterized by freedom, liberty, energy,  fun loving, knowledge hungry, apolitical, open and transparent, creative, high functional integrity, non evaluative, and a highly committed set of professionals. We do things with our mind, with our heart in the right place. 

Hrfolks are driven by the spirit of inquiry, to exercise a choice of one’s own way, a process of awakening.
We are knowledge seekers, with a youthful purity of thought. We seek the original, search for the utopian and are not disappointed in the journey or the long haul. We would work the trenches to reach our destination; we have no biases and see a learning opportunity in every human action. We possess the spirit and human strength to assert for the right, irrespective of the consequences. We are driven by the urgent need for human intervention in all walks of life and possess the ability and willingness to make things happen for the good of all. 

Intelligence can only be where there is love and compassion and hr folks hopes to dialogue them together.
